Berry Tea Electrolyte Drink

The single most important factor associated with sustaining a high level of athletic performance is maintaining fluid balance during exercise. We lose electrolytes in sweat and if your electrolyte consumption doesn’t compensate for what you’ve lost, you can experience muscle cramps, fatigue, a drop in performance, heart palpitations, light headedness and have trouble focusing.
