Chocolate Covered Peanut Madeleines

- 1 cup Vegan chocolate, melted
- Madeleine cookie tin
- To melt the chocolate, put the chocolate in a small bowl and place it inside a larger saucepan filled with hot water. Stir carefully until melted, not letting any water into the chocolate. Take off of heat.
- Pour a thin layer of chocolate in a greased Madeleine cookie tin (about 1-1/2 tbsp). Then add some peanuts. Cover the nuts with the rest of the chocolate.
- Freeze for 10 minutes and then remove from the tin.
