Lean and Green Juice

- 4 leaves Organic kale, de-stemmed
- 1 cup Organic spinach
- 1 stalk Organic celery
- 1/2 Organic English cucumber
- 1 Organic green apple, cored
- 5 Organic basil leaves
- Juice the ingredients in an alternating pattern—leafy greens, cucumber, leafy greens, celery, and so on—until all are thoroughly juiced.
- If you don't have a juicer, you can blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
