Pastrami Spice Rub

Craving a Reuben sandwich from Katz’s Deli? Now you can make your own version using this wonderful pastrami spice rub on your favorite meat substitution like seitan, tempeh, tofu, TVP or mushrooms.

Use fresh whole spices when possible and grind them with a mortar and pestle or clean coffee grinder. When stored in an airtight jar away from heat and light, the spices will keep for up to 6 months.
